Photo's of wearing signs

I decided after realising that although my research had informed me of the way in which road marks often deteriorate in some cases it would be different and certainly out assumptions of the process is different and therefore my work would be more effective it it lived up to our expectations rather than the scientific idea of how they actually break down.

I looked at some images from different times and looked at ways I could incorporate the aesthetics of this into my work.
