Paradise Parking - Peter Lippmann and Alicia Rius - from the back seat of my car

Peter Lippmann

Peter Lippmann's 'Paradise Parking' is a series of photographs of vintage abandoned automobiles that have been overtaken by the surrounding foliage. The images offer a poetic look at the relationship between the creations of man and mother nature.
I personally find it Interesting how the earth reclaims what we forget about. To me they are eerily beautiful. I really love them, nature is the greatest artist.

Alicia Rius

This project reminds me a lot of another one I saw a few months ago by Alicia Rius
Titled "From the Back Seat of My Car" is a series of photographs taken from the back seat of abandoned cars.

Alicia says, "I did not plan this project. I never looked for these cars, and in fact, I think they found me. I wanted to immortalize their beauty and turn them into something romantic."
